I believe this describes Bush. Go look at what some of the 9/11 panel members (including the partisan ben-Veniste) had to say about Bush's performance before their committee. So to answer your question: no I don't think Bush is a moron for having misspoke. Oh no...now we're back to THAT rationalization again? If speaking makes him nervous, I don't want to find out what happens if he ever has to decide whether to push the big red button. |
