Some people who do not speak well in front of TV cameras or large
audiences,
are terrific speakers in smaller discussion groups, at social functions,
and
in one-on-one dialogue. I believe this describes Bush. Go look at what
some of the 9/11 panel members (including the partisan ben-Veniste) had to
say about Bush's performance before their committee.

Having spoken with him personally, and then watching how he changed when the
cameras and microphones were stuck in his face......I would agree
completely.


So to answer your question: no I don't think Bush is a moron for having
misspoke.
