I recently changed the impellor on a small merc using a Clymer manual - it worked fine for this job, and they're usually readily available in local boat shops. I'd never done an impellor before. A factory manual might be the best though. This site will give you s/n info for mercs: http://www.maxrules.com/merc_contents.html. That site (part of Mastertechmarine.com) also has a complete line of owner's and shop manuals. 0A831024 is the number on the engine, I can not seem to find it in the listing on that web site. Glenn |
