Yeah, I think they are suggesting you modify something.. Do you have the
skills to modify an existing plan, or do you need the plans to be
complete, start to finish?

I could probably take a short one and add a bit in the middle maybe but
it may be not that simple.

You were looking at a larger stitch and glue boat. That is a 23' stitch
and glue boat. Look up Tolman Skiffs for plans.
