seriously. Here in FL Porta Potties are not legal unless
"permamently" installed. That has been interpreted to mean secured
to the boat in some way, and with permanent pump out and vent hoses
fitted.

amazing things with relatively small boats. The Rideau Canal is well
protected from wind and waves in most places.

In 2012 all Legend boats with the full windshield came equipped with the full stand-up 'canvas'.

The old 2 part "dump it" style seems to be standard here until you get
into a real yacht like Wayne has. Fishing boats might have a bucket,
if they are trying to be snooty.

Believe it or not, going over the side is perfectly legal as long as
you're not committing indecent exposure, i.e., as long as no one sees
