Those are some pretty good shots , of course there has been cracks in it for some time, but nothing of structure to cause panic, but I think this will get someones attention. With some federal funding and a bunch of corporate and private donations, I imagine it will be repaired better than new. It worked for the Statue of Liberty. I have to wonder if some honest engineer is gonna' look at the cracks in those big blocks and say, "it can't be made safe"... I am not saying it can't, but with such big cracks, in such significant structural components, I have to wonder. |
