It appears we still are if you look at the documents released the
other day.

Now we have muslim nations starting to think they are right and we are
wrong. Do you really want to start a war with a billion people?

islam, like all religions, is a recipe for lame and shoddy thinking.
islam is exceptionally violent

since we did NOTHING to them PRIOR to 9/11, and they STILL attacked
us,

OBL's beef with us was about Israel

That's completely simplistic. He's certainly got a beef with us about more
than that one issue. That's his propaganda.

now let's see....the current 'leaks' have told us nothing new at all

We will see won't we.

don't have to. there's not a siingle person saying anything is new.
and that's from the folks who PUBLISHED the documents

Probably the most damning thing so far is the fact that a lot of the
money we are giving Kabul and Islamabad is ending up with the Taliban.
It is one thing to have Michael Moore and Arianna Huffington saying
this but when it is in official government papers it has a little more
of an outrage factor. Parents who lost their child in Afghanistan and
taxpayers who lost their job are not going to be happy with the idea
that we are funding the people we say are trying to beat and in fact
may be their biggest source of funds.

Yes, it's a clusterf*ck. The problem is that if we give them money, they
help the terrorists. If we don't give them money, they help the terrorists
even more.
