US delaying needed supplies?

equipment that came in on some of those planes.

the US has the largest resource base and we're a few hundred miles
away. with all due respect to the french and MSF (a crybaby
organization if there ever was one), they're 3000 miles away and dont
have the lift capability of the US military

And they've got a plane coming in every six minutes, according to CNN.
