It's the way U.S. auto factories are operated. The disdain for workers
who haven't had some of the advantages you have had is palpable.
From what I gleaned here, Eisboch's *advantages* are the result of
self-sacrifice and *hard* work. You know, the American way.

Just like all successful people.



Many of those who work factory jobs don't have what it takes to do more
than show up every day for work and do a good job. That shouldn't make
them objects for your scorn.
