Need a new 2-4 hp outboard - must be 2 stroke - what's available outside California

My 4 hp Suzuki isn't worth fixing anymore. I want to buy a new 2-3-4 hp 2 stroke - but CA has banned new 2 strokes - only 4 stroke anymore. What's available in Oregon or Arizona? Tom Johnson (formerly of OMC, now owned by Bombardier) still makes a 2 stroke 3.5HP engine. Probably available in the US. sdg |
