Qcad is a fairly simple 2D only system.
Not gonna do it for me...

For instance, (this being a nautical forum)

We start in flat space, but wind up in 3D - fully rendered.
All in one package.

Now there are lots of CAD systems that can do this - but they don't run
under Linux.


But the _thing_ that keeps Ubuntu in the box is the CAD issue.
