Its not lifting off the surface, its almost as if its oxidizing like the 'dust' you get from old fiberglass only but red. I wish it was lifting off! I tried using a cleaner wax last time it was out and it was a never ending rag toss with red rubbing off. Hi phil. It sounds like a poor paint job, most likely poor preparation. I've used epoxy paint for years and if put on prepared surfaces never a problem. Water simply will not break it down. Rey |
