Easypoxy paint
Pettit Easypoxy is an excellent product. However, if it is applied over an
epoxy covered surface, without using a primer, it may NEVER cure.
When this happened to me I cleaned off the paint with mineral spirits (paint
thinner) and a rag. It all just wiped off very easy.
Then give the surface a light sanding and paint with Pettit Easypoxy #6149
White Undercoater. You may want to do two coats of the white undercoater,
with a very light sanding between coats. Don't remove the undercoater, just
smooth it down.
After curing, usually less than 24 hours, follow with the Pettit Easypoxy
paint in your favorite color. Allow it to cure between coats, which can be
as long as four or five days in cool weather. This paint has great flow
characteristics. For best results apply it with a short-nap roller and very
lightly tip it off with a brush. (Foam or bristle)
Good Luck
