Wrong.

There would almost certainly be an autologging feature on
the helm servos & the switchgear would log the power
consumption on that circuit.

to the tenth or hundredth of a second if desired... would be
part of a permanent record.

The helmsperson might be sneaky enough to fool a drowsy OOD
but there would be a bright & clear paper trail.

If you have any questions, I will be happy to answer. The ship, I can
only describe it this way, knuckled 3 times during the list.

Also think the list may have been more than 15 degrees, passenger
cabins and pubic area windows were in the ocean on the tilted side on
the 5th and 6th decks.

Were you aboard?
Did the ship list to stbd before port, or just one big list one way?

They said the Capt'n sounded terrorfied when he addressed the
passangers, Is that true?

Did they give you your money back?

full refund.

Just to the one side ,with each knuckle it listed quicker.
