people are good at believing what they want to believe.
Scout "DSK" wrote in message . .. At one point some years ago, Limbaugh described himself as 'an entertainer, not a journalist' Horvath wrote: He still does. Then why are so many people convinced that what he says is factual rather than low comedy? and said that he just made stuff up because it was easier than doing research. That's bull****. He's got a whole staff that does his research. He still makes stuff up on the fly. I would guess that he has a research staff to tell him when to backpedal and when to lie about what he's said. For example http://www.rushlimbaugh.com/home/men...ipt.guest.html I heard what he said about the Abu Graib prisoner abuse, and I bet you did too (although for entirely different reasons). In the Time interview, he's lying like a rug. He also said that most of his audience were "morons"... that was his word, not mine. That's bull****, too. No, sorry, it is as totally factual as his failed attempt at being a sports announcer or his interval on welfare. It was in an another interview in a very popular magazine about ten ~ eleven years ago. DSK |
