Default Black water?

These Mega Yachts that you have referred to, are very likely to visit the
Mediterranian. So they need to meet the regulations that are in force in
the Med, (and any other places that they may wish to visit).

So then why would this be something to know? Not exactly important info. I only
see it listed for HUGE yachts. Has nothing to do with anyone here.

Don't you ever step aboard a Mega Yacht at a Boat Show?

You should! It might help you to achieve more in life.

Nope. Not interested in mega yachts.

Knowing at least a little might be nice. Knowing the difference
between greay water and black water

But you just said you don't have a boat with grey water. None of us do. So how
is this "basic" knowledge? It's not mentioned in any of my sailing books.
Should I buy a plumbing book?

Tee hee! It's like beating a baby with his own candy!

I'm really quite shocked. That is the most revealing thing that you have
ever written about yourself!! It explains why you will never own anything
more than a "stepping stone".

It also explains your degree of success at film making, doesn't it?

BTW ... it also explains why you cannot understand how my boat cost nothing!
Meanwhile, each and every, stepping stone that you purchase has to be an
incredible bargain.

The rest of us have already bought our dream boats. You are condemned to a
life of second choices.

Why would anyone who actually likes to sail be interested in a mega yacht?
Oh, right...you're a Beneteau owner!

Wow. A Beneteau as a dream boat. Even if it were true, one would hope you'd
have enough self respect not to write such a thing.
I'm sorry, Donal. I had no idea things were so bad for you.

Why not?
I love my boat.

I had no idea that you were so blind! You could probably have a boat that
was as nice as mine if you understood what I am trying to tell you.

Unlike Oz and Mooron, I am not afraid to have a *really* good sneer at my
inferiors!

I love my boat too, but not enough to stop me from divorcing her and marrying a
new boat...or even cheating on her as I'll do tomorrow! I'm afraid my sailing
appetite is greater and more sophisticated than yours!
Consider that I've already owned two boats considered better than yours and I
still want better!
Stepping stone = Learning curve. You're on a ruler line, I'm afraid.

Donal, I have a boat nicer than yours now. It's a C&C, a better build and
better finished yacht. Beneteau, Hunter and Catalina are considered low end
here.
Now here comes my C&C 34XL, which is VASTLY better than any Beneteau. I've
sailed Alien at a profit and the same will happen with the 34XL.
That's better than you've done.
