Actually, as of December 15th, we will have closed the deal via a contract,
pending a final payment. She'll be dry through that time. The only bad part is
we'll pay storage on the second boat, but can't use her.
We won't take the boat until 2005 of course, but that's when Suzanne is done
with school. The only change is that we were supposed to wait an extra year
before going bigger, but the deal is just too good, just like the 32.

call at ALL times for at least the first 5 years of her career.

Starting salary 69K. In exchange for 18 months of work, her last year of school
is payed for. Pretty typical deal here in NY, though she was slow to decide on
a specialty, so some classmates got better deals. She could have worked right
here, walking distance to Jamaica Hosp., but the salary was nearly 9K less. One
of her classmates will start at 77K. Not bad at all.
Billy Jane, it's nearly 2004. The nurse shortage is still terrible because
people like you feel a medical career is not rewarding enough. Many of the
graduates are of a very low caliber with no contact skills and weak language
skills. The terrible part is that many of the ethnic minorities in her class,
were unable to make the same type of deals, dispite having good grades.
Oh, and by the way, Suzanne will be a nurse practitioner 4 years from now.

Why? Her best friend is a nurse and rarely works OT. Nor do the nurses at the

I pity you. I have a brand new house, and it's paid for. I have
another in Florida, and it's paid for. I have property in Tennessee,
and it's paid for. I have three cars and a golf cart, and they're all
paid for. I have several Harleys, and they're paid for. I have a
better boat than you, and it's (almost) paid for. In fact, my comic
book collection is worth more than the new boat that you've been
