![]() "Bobsprit" wrote in message ... I'll believe it when I see it. Hang on to that, Neal. It's all you've got! You can keep saying it for a while, since we will keep Alien through 2004. Enjoy...for NOW!!! I do enjoy my fine yacht. And, I enjoy her 24/7 which is more that ANYONE else here can claim. I've spent more time on the water in the past 15 years than EVERYBODY who posts to this group PUT TOGETHER. S.Simon |

I do enjoy my fine yacht. And, I enjoy her 24/7 which is
more that ANYONE else here can claim. I've spent more time on the water in the past 15 years than EVERYBODY who posts to this group PUT TOGETHER. The above is entirely correct. Being happy with the boat you have is key, no matter how expensive or modest. Compared to the rest of the world, we are all very lucky to have boats at all! Only folks like Loco, Steve, Scotty, Skitchy and Donal get upset by someone having a "better" boat. Sadly, someone will always have a better boat, if viewed through their narrow vision. That's why my post will upset them so. It's really sad. Congrats on your boat and the mature perspecitive allowing you to enjoy her completley. A fine example indeed. RB |

Only folks like Loco, Steve, Scotty, Skitchy and Donal get upset by someone having a "better" boat. How would you know that we would get upset if you had a better boat? You've been the proud owner of several old, cheap boats. Each one was nothing more than a "stepping stone" for you. You've only had "Alien" for a few months, and you are already looking forward to your next boat. It seems to me that there is only one person here, who is so dissatisfied with his vessel, that he envies other peoples' boats. That person is you, Bob. The reason for your unhapiness is clear. You are unhappy because you sail on an old, cheap "stepping stone". Regards Donal -- |

The reason for your unhapiness is clear. You are unhappy because you sail
on an old, cheap "stepping stone". A perfect example by Donal. He thinks this way because he is this way. Even the idea of using words like "cheap" on any luxury item like a boat, it's pretty sad. At his age it's too late to change I guess. I hope everyone is as happy with thier vessels as I am. RB |

He thinks this way because he is this way. What was my mistake? Did you not manage to buy the boat very *cheaply* from a sick old man? Are you not looking forward to your next boat? If you are so "happy" with your vessel, then why are you looking forward to
your next boat? I was happy with dinner this evening...but I look forward to tomorrow's. I had great sex last night...yet I look forward to this evening. I love our current boat, but I look forward to our next. Sorry. It's your perspective that's both warped and limited. Planning for better does not imply dissatisfaction with current. You lose again! Meanwhile, I was lucky enough to be born to a family with lots of money, who
also believed in working very hard anyway. I made enough money on my own to retire quite comfortably at 45. After retirement, I took a cushy government job with the understanding that I did not want to be in charge of ANYTHING. BWahahahaaha! C'mon Ozzy and Mooron, you HAVE to be impressed! Look what I've done to this poor fool! RB |

First the poor pinhead says I'm a "proud owner" then he suggests that I'm not happy with the boats! Zikes! RB |
