No just putting a pompous TWIT in his place. You can't take away the
fact that CN took his boat offshore as he said he would and he probably
did it single handed. Respect to him for that.

He's sailed offshore which is more than you've achieved. Why don't you
go back to your TUG.

Do you really think he actually went anywhere? He knows so little about
sailing and all related skills that he is a hazard even when moored,

and
couldn't successfully complete an afternoon daysail much less a lengthy
cruise.

Based on what? He has never given a recognizable description of any of the
places he's claimed to have been. On the contrary, he's made a few vague bluffs
which were easily called.

and he probably
did it single handed.

I used to, occasionally, but now I am happily married.

Not being a "physic=y" person, but having this knowledge in layman's terms, lower tones carry farther over water and also the
human ear can pick up the lower tones farther away than it can higher tonew...it would also be very unpleasant to have higher
tomes...all the dogs on the shore would howl and everyone would go nuts after awhile...

Also, higher tomes might fall off the shelves and leave nasty dents on
people underneath.
