sailing and all related skills that he is a hazard even when moored, and

No just putting a pompous TWIT in his place. You can't take away the
fact that CN took his boat offshore as he said he would and he probably
did it single handed. Respect to him for that.

Based on what? He has never given a recognizable description of any of the
places he's claimed to have been. On the contrary, he's made a few vague bluffs
which were easily called.
