I was discussing the legalities, and the absurdities of prosecuting
adults who engage in consensual sex. You are discussing something else
entirely. If Spitzer used only his own money to mess around, the issue
should be one only he and his family should have to resolve. If public
funds are involved, it is a different matter.

So it is ok for Spitzer to hire hookers but, if anybody else does it
then they are going to jail.
