I would guess it is best not too unless you have a clear need for it. I
cite 3 reasons.

1) Your friends you might mail docs to don't have 2007, the new format
2) It saves the files in the new format, there is not an easy way to turn
back
3) If you don't like it, not good.

Stick with what works.
