Default Speaking of dirty boats

For the first time in my memory, the town of Scituate recently instituted a
mandatory outdoor watering ban that specifically includes washing of boats
in the various marinas in town.

Use of water is authorized only to fill your fresh water tanks. Use of
water from the on board tank to wash the boat is also forbidden.

Violators are subject to serious fines.
