Buying first boat w/ 3 partners ?

Thanks for the advice. Will do.....

Also, I've been on a friend's boat a lot this summer
And I've taken a basic sailing class in the past.
And I can swim 1 mile.

Personal recommendation: Take the basic class before you buy the boat so
you'll at least have some idea of what you're in for ahead of time.
