Default Marine Insurance Business Use Exclusion

I think your suggustion would have been a good suggestion if you did
not provide any advice except:

"Consult your attorney"

Chuck prefixed his comments with "99% of the time you can get away with
this". Insurance is designed to pay for the exceptions, if you provide
your insurance company with a legal loophole not to pay off on any
claims, why bother with paying for insurance in the first place.

Next time someone asks you for legal advice, why don't you just tell
them to "consult your attorney", and not give them a false sense of
security by providing "free legal advice"..
