One thing that I noticed, a LOT of these boats are bank repos.

IMHO with the economy what it is (careful, I don't want to
tread too close to politics) and the cost of energy likely
to push inflation higher & higher, the market value of 2nd
hand boats is going to continue to plummet. Probably 1/2 or
more of all the boats in marinas across the land are
upside-down, and candidates for bank repo IMHO.

I'm shopping for a sailboat right now, and seeing some ask
prices that would have been amazingly low 2 years ago.
