Crew Overboard Practice Target

I agree, for practice, but it seems that it could be helpfull in a real
situation, if you didnt have to screw it down, if it were a orientation
trigger, like the EPIRBs so all youd have to do is pick it up and toss
it and the light came on... (but, of course, it isnt)
