If I read the post correctly the vibration is present despite having the shafts and props repaired after the prop strike??? If not, have them checked. If so, the work may not have been done correctly. It's also just possible the transmission suffered some damage to the input shaft bearing or other internal parts. You should, for the purpose of alignment and balancing, consider the engine, transmission, shaft, log, strut, and prop as a monolithic structure.
