Here's a tip for folks looking to replace Mayfair bilge pumps. I run a
Hewescraft Alaska Sea Runner. I wanted to replace the Mayfair bilge
pump w/ auto float so I went to the local Hewescraft dealer. They said
that the only sold Rule pumps and gave me an 800 number to Hewescraft.

I then went across the street to West Marine and noticed that the West
Marine house brand was the EXACT same bilge pump/float as the Mayfair.
Likely West Marine contracts Mayfair to supply WM branded bilge pumps?
Anyway - the West Marine pump and float snaps into the Mayfair housing
perfectly.
