I might consider buying a trolling motor to troll around. The question is, is a trolling motor enough to push a 21 foot boat against wind? Mine does not have a very high profile, it is a cuddy cabin type of boat. i Match the motor to the boat. A small trolling motor will probably disappoint you, but there are models with a little "muscle". Go online and check out the different manufacturers. I bought a MinnKota "salt water" for use on my freshwater I/O, and have been very happy with it. noah Courtesy of Lee Yeaton, See the boats of rec.boats www.TheBayGuide.com/rec.boats |
