Need feed back from jon boat users, are they better or worse than conventional aluminum fishing boats? What's a "conventional aluminum fishing boat"?????? For your edification, he means a pointy nosed boat as opposed to the square nosed jon boat. Bill I asked "what is a *conventional aluminum fishing boat*". Your reply does NOTHING to answer the question. Perhaps YOU are speaking of the difference of say, a jon boat, as opposed to a deep vee? Or a modified vee? Or a modified tri-hull? You see, there are many, many designs, not just "jon boats", or "conventional fishing boats". Hence, the question, what is a "conventional fishing boat"? Would that be a deep vee? Modified deep vee? Tunnel hull? He's just pointing out that jon boats really are in a category of their own to begin with. There are jon boats, and then there are all the others with a pointed bow. Any time I've looked at catalogs from manufacturers who make both, they've broken the two groups into totally separate sections. The hull bottom shape's not really the issue. Then my modified tri-hull Chapparel fishing boat, because the front is not any more pointed than my jon boat, would be called a jon boat? I don't think so. |

no such thing as an ugly tit. [grin] Of course, some are better looking than others, but none are ugly. Boobs, however, are a different story. Look at the one in the White House... Lloyd |

What a backwards country this is. And in Canada, the CRTC (our equivalent to the FCC) got (count 'em!) THREE letters of disapproval. Almost makes me wonder if Jackson/MTV not only staged the event, but the resulting "outrage" as well... Lloyd |

_____________ "ReevesJ32" wrote in message ... I guess the "need" to try for tasteless shock value is a Jackson family trait. Yep, looks that way. And if that wasn't a planned exposure, why the pastie? What passes for talent these days really sucks! Absolutely! Isn't it time that we all state the obvious and tell these faux entertainers that we know they all have no talent and resort to sexual antics on stage to hide that which is all too evident? Whatever happened to musicians and singers who actually relied on their talent and creative / artistic material rather than shock value? Exactly. I missed the "infamous" scene because after watching for all of 10 seconds or so, it was obvious JJ wasn't even TRYING to get the lip-sync right. Sheesh! Then there was that rapper PJ Puppy or something... Lloyd |

I know that there are MANY different hull designs, not just a standard type, or "conventional" type. |
