First of all, there are no doctors that are government employees. It has already been pointed out that doctors in Canada are all self employed. Furthermore, doctors work on a fee-for-service basis. If they do the work, they submit the paperwork and get paid. The health insurance ministries cannot avoid paying for work that has been done. You are, as usual, full of ****. Mike |
