I've read a lot in this newsgroup about engines with FICHT technology.
Seems likeI've only seen the label on Evinrudes. I won't go any where near a 98-99-2000 Evinrude. Was FICHT also used in Johnsons? I'm looking at a Proline 251 on Ebay. The engine is a '99 Johnson 200 Ocean Pro. The engine is a dark gray/blue color. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...oto&rd=1&item= 4521283312&category=31271 Mercury continued with its EFI and carburated models as it marketed the Opimax. Did OMC? |
