I noticed on the valve cover there is a label stating that it is a four valve head, does that mean that there are two intake/two exaust valves per cylinder? Is this always how these heads are on Marine engines? I know on my old Camero it had a chevy 350 and there was only one intake valve and one exaust valve per cylinder. Thanks....... 4V = 4 venturis = 4 barrel carb. Probably 2.02 intake valves, rather than 2V 1.84 valves. I'm a Ford guy generally, but I think this is the Chevy code... Rob |
