Fishing on Chesapeake Bay this Sunday?

I have a 20 ft'r open bow so my weather limits are tighter than some, probably not the ideal boat for fishing the bay but... I may try tomorrow afternoon, it looks like rain tuesday - thursday. Not a teacher but close, I'm in language school right now, the deal is 20 hrs of class (9-1 in DC) and theoretically 2 hours taped home study, I just take a walkman and listen to my tapes on the boat :-).
