By the way...this is quite amusing.
The John went fishing for a shark and caught a minnow. He'd better anti up and use better bait.
Are you calling yourself a minnow now?

I won't call your attention, specifically, to your 'typo'.

"anti up"? WAFDB!

I was giving him a break.

He won't acknowledge his errors and I doubt that was a typo...

The pirates are across the way in Atlantic City. From here it looks
like we are anchored in the outskirts of Las Vegas. It's an
interesting sight during the day but at night it's absolutely
spectacular.

You should be seeing Long Island soon if the visibility is good. I see
you passing Brick. I am pretty good net buddies with the Chief
Building Official there.

I see you rounding the bend heading up toward NYC. I guess that Jersey
jaunt wasn't so bad this time.

The day started out a bit sketchy with a cold, left-over northerly
bringing down some moderate but annoying chop and swell. Conditions
steadily improved throughout the day however and by late afternoon was
really quite nice. At about 3:00PM the Manhattan skyline started
slowly climbing out of the ocean ahead of us. That's always an
amazing sight no matter how many times you see it. From a distance it
has a very surreal quality. We'll fuel up tomorrow morning and then
wait for the flood tide to carry us up through NY Harbor and the East
River to Long Island Sound. That's another trip that never grows old.

I have a picture I took on the ski trip. (connecting art LGA)

I have a few Manhattan sky line but they are not up on my site.

Too late for that, Don. You can admit when you make a mistake, right?

You shut down your SPOT just north of New Rochelle at 1600. Having
dinner with Dick and Laura?

We owned homes in New Rochelle for 28 years and still have strong ties

you'll get a better perspective of where we are.

I see some cozy little beach cottages around there ;-)
