forces
to take care of the sick, wounded non-combatants, with more than
enough
heavily equipped multinational warriors to take care of any who attack
the humanitarian effort or those seeking it. And by multinational, I
mean the Russians and Chinese, too, along with plenty of fighters from
Muslim countries.

As in, "you morons attack this effort militarily in any way, we'll
slaughter you without quarter."

It would be interesting to try. Puts Putin in an awkward position
for a change. What's he going to do, threaten military action against
a multinational humanitarian effort? Or veto it in the UN?
