I guess it simply indicates how insignificant Santorum is these days.

I don't "care" about Santorum. He's just another of the endless number
of right-wing lunatics and morons who lead the GOP, and it is a bit of
fun to point out their craziness. I'm really hoping Michele Bachmann
makes another run for the GOP presidential nomination, along with
loonytarian Rand Paul, and a half dozen other nutcases, like the high IQ
governor of Texas and, of course, Mr. 9 9 9, Herman "Weiner" Cain.
