One provision of that law is that it must be associated with interstate commerce. Email qualifies because it's a business tool, but I wouldn't think usenet does. |

That's the difference between what Slammer is doing and what harry and don did when they sent information through email for the purpose of intimidation, that is a felony in the US, don't know what they call it up there. |

If you dont post a picture, everyone will know you DONT own a ****ing Boat, you tank of **** !!!! http://i539.photobucket.com/albums/f...ScottsBoat.jpg That goes double for you, White, you ass-licking champion bitch of Harrys Maybe we should take bets on when you slink off and hide again. That's what usually happens when you wind down from your maniacal ranting and raving. Look at Don the bitch s reply, same as his Master, Harry. You'd be best to shut your mouth , and put it back on Harrys cock where it always is. I'd bet if I asked, I could obtain your address real quick........ So what..coming down to visit? I'd advise against it if you plan on starting trouble. Enjoy those yellow teeth while you have them. Is that all you got, old man? Using someone elses bull****? What a joke you are. Dont you treat my going anywhere lightly, asshole. If I did "come down for a visit " , it wouldnt be a friendly tour. You'd be the worse for wear . I'll bet I could get lots of cooperation from those here who would love to see me kneecap you. Harry wouldnt be able to save your worthless wrinkled ass. Buford wants to meet you ! And your dirt hole of a house wouldnt save your lazy ass either. Have you cleaned up the garbage yet? Nevemind,........ you havent. How many times did you threaten to visit Snotty...only to go whimpering off in self seclusion? I will save your threatening posts though.....just in case you do show up and I have to explain my actions to the local police. Are you going to hit him over the head with your Playbook? That's about what that POS is worth! There are easier ways to trash a playbook. Stupid Kevin actually thinks FattyBumpkin is worth as much as my PlayBook... to whom?? Meyer is another "anonymous" poster and therefore his opinions don't count. Right, "X'Man"!!!! I'm not an anonymous poster, ****-for-brains. My handle may be anonymous, but I am not anonymous here. That's only because you were/are too stupid to think that any harm can be done by ignorantly posting your real information. You didn't volunteer ANY personal information here, you were outed. |

The internet itself is considered a form of interstate commerce under United States Code. Actually, it's considered a "channel" of commerce over which interstate (and international) commerce takes place. The power of regulation seems to hinge around activities having an economic impact. And as you know, if you've been following the attempts to regulate internet activity by state and federal governments, it's far from being settled. |
