New urban term - fleabeggar

fleabegger - noun

Someone who is unemployed because of the "Bank/Government Debt-Fraud
Depression 2007-20xx" that still thinks more debt-fraud is still the
answer to a debt-fraud problem.

Seems like paying your bills with real money is no longer the accepted
behavior in USA. Perhaps that is the problem and not the the solution.
