Probably , that is as long as it's someone else's boat.

Good mornin', Tim.

I'm off to get my boat. Sandy and I are going up to the Georgetown Starbucks for
a cup of coffee.

Have a spectacular day!

Well, this is what I get for a fast decision to go boating. Usually I pick the
boat up the night before and check the battery, etc. Today I just hooked up the
boat, drove to the ramp north of the airport, launched the boat, and hit the
starter.....nothing. ****!!!

So, I'm back home, battery is on the charger, and we're waiting for it to get
charged. Hell, even the hot shot didn't have enough juice to crank the engine.

Oh well, live and learn - not to take shortcuts.

Might be time for a new battery assuming that you left it with
everything switched off. It should really stay up better than that.

No, the navigation light switch was on. The battery had discharged to 8%.

Dumb. I paid to have the battery on/off switch installed, but then, like a
dumbass, I forgot to l use the damn thing.

Disgusted. Dejected. Etc.

Don't feel bad, John. Chances are that's the last time it'll happen.

Ouch. Batteries don't like that.

From your post I am guessing you just have the single battery. Maybe
you should double up and if you don't have one get a good battery
switch, too.
