Of course when I quit, there wasn't a lot of choice unless it was a regional beer - the home brew and "micro" brew industries were in their nascent stages back then. You know, in the 40s, 50s, and even the early 60s, there were many, many, regional\local beers. Hell, Pennsylvania probably had 50 or more breweries. This micro brew phenomenon just adds $$cache$$ to the old ways. |
