|On that size boat I would have gone with line and not all chain. Lots of
|weight and If you need to put out 200' of line in a fast river, will be
hard
|to extend the anchor rode.

No more fall than is in evidence below the windlass would make the
attempt at stowing an all line rode a lot like herding cats......

That is the livewell he is using. There is an anchor locker forward. That
is deeper and larger on mine. Similar boat.
