As with everything else, if the obamadytes disagree with it, it is

Really.. I just watched 25 questions to Arlen Specter (sp?) and only

There is an immense gap between wanting healthcare reform and wanting the
government version. A majority acknowledges that we have problems. But
the fix according to the Fed's fix is not good to most people.
The above poll is exclusive to the government reformation.
But where does it address the plan as currently proposed? People want
reform. But the reform needs to be helpful.

Oh, so the majority of Americans are for the proposed plan, then it must
be helpful.

I just don't see where you are reading that. Every poll I have seen says
the "people" don't want this plan, period...

You probably shouldn't depend on those polls scribbed on urinal walls,
moron.

So, let's go with the Republican plan. Oh, that's right, they don't have
one, and from what I can see, there are only about 3 Republican Senators
giving input to the Democrats. The rest are behaving as the Party of NO!

That is bull... Total. The republicans have sumitted a plan, look it up.

I there have been several Republican plans put forth. But as the
private citizen who dare to say anything against the obamanation, they
were shunted out the door, and never got heard in committee.

Loogie has not seen any of that in the news. Indeed, there are several
house members (GOP) who have put forward bills and proposals and all of
them have been shut out and even censored...

I have read the Honduran constitution and it specifically required the
military to act to remove the Pres, not the police. Zelaya was not
exiled, he was simply told that if he came back he would be arrested
for his illegal actions. He can go back whenever he wants but he will
be arrested as REQUIRED by the constitution.
The reality is that Obama DOES NOT support constitutional law. Zelaya
attempted to mount a coup and got caught. Thunder sis simply wrong
and does not even try to find out the real situation.

What does that have to do with the facts I posted about the fallacy that
most people in the U.S. don't want the government to help sort out the
screwed up healthcare system?

I think we are having a mis-communication here. Many if not most want to
"reform" the health care system, the polls are clear there. HOWEVER!!!
Most Americans both democrat and republican do not want the reforms
Obama is trying to push through, the polls are clear there too...

We need Tort reform, free (and fair) enterprise between states for
insurance companies. That would be a geat start, you can always add and
modify other issues as time goes on but start with those two provisions
and see how much difference that makes...

What is the #1 problem with health care, not health insurance, in the USA?

Yeah, but it's a different Constitution. I couldn't find anything in
it about impeachment. And their Congress tried him *after* the coup,
and in CYA.

So they call it something else than impeachment.

Nothing I can find. They do have an Article 239 which I believe was the
given reason for removing Zelaya. It states, they immediately cease the
discharge of their duties, but it doesn't state anything about how to
remove him. Now, this is a Google translation, which seems less than
exact. I'm sure there are laws about how to remove, but I can't find
anything in the Constitution.

Take a reading comprehension course. Your statement is exactly 180 degrees
from what I stated. They want healthcare costs reigned in, but the majority
are not enthused with the Obama / House plan as it is now proposed.

Yes, we want health care reform. Not a govt. takeover.. Think Tort
reform, and freedom of choice across state lines. Those two issues
alone would make a huge difference but the Democrats will not go
against the trial lawyers..

Did you LOOK at the poll? Notice the words "a USA Today/Gallup poll
finds 56% of Americans in favor and 33% opposed to Congress' passing
major healthcare reform legislation this year." If I'm not mistaken,
"congress" IS government!

Did they bother to ask what form the "health care reform" should take? I
didn't think so.

Not the point. Several on the right have said that the majority of
Americans don't want government to reform health care. That is not true.

Yes, everyone wants healthcare, but not this plan, period... Every poll
that directly addresses "the plan as it is now" is against it, strongly.
By a much bigger mandate than the 1-2% "mandate" Obama won...
