The mayor wants to stop it.
Campaign slogan is "Just Say No To Crack." The news clip showed a past
event and it looked like about 30 people were mooning the train.
Guess it's not hard to round up 30 assholes.

Maybe in New Jersey, but in California there were 8,000-10,000.
