No offense taken. As NJ is a small state, I figured I should have heard
of such an event if it was local. I hadn't, but I did find this about
New Hampshire. Seems it isn't only the left coast.

You guys have brought back memories of when the skipper of the
sailboat I used to crew on dropped his pants and mooned the passangers
of a hugh cruise ship just as it was getting ready to leave port. The
passengers hooted & hollered....
