The local Toyota place will fill all the tires with nitrogen for
$30.
Is it worth it? Thoughts?

The COSTCO store here filled your tires for free. Thay claim you don't
lose
air pressure during climate changes. (fall-winter etc)

They didn't fill my tires. Don't you be making up lies about my tires.
Enough is enough.

Talk about owls down by the stream or something.

Sorry...if you weren't such a cheapskate, and actually bought quality
tires
there, they'd take care of you.

You got me. I don't buy *any* tires at Costco. I don't like seconds.

Is there something wrong with the Michelin Cross Terrains on my
4Runner? I'm sure they're not as good as the Uniroyal Tiger Paw GTS's
you've got on that pink RAV4.

As usual, I appreciate your advice and friendly attitude.

Huh?
I have 17" Toyo A20 Open Country tires on my SUV.

Spectacular tires! Although you may want to be a little careful in the
snow:

I'll probably dig into the piggybank for a grand and put new snow tires &
plain steel wheels on all four corners.

Your tires already have 78.0% nitrogen 20.9% oxygen and some
trace gases in them. How much are you going to have to pay to
protect the inside of the tire from the oxygen. How do they plan
to protect the outside of your tire from the effects of oxygen?
Good points all.

Hey! Be nice.

I've not been able to golf for almost four weeks 'cause of the cracked
rib. Wednesday I went out and played 18 here at Greendale. I waited
long enough. Nothing hurt, so I guess I'm good to go.

I bought a 7-wood, used, from Callaway. Nice club. I took the 4=iron

I was up at the US Open a week or two ago. I've got that checked off

I had Forteras on my pickup. Loved them. And, they shouldn't set you

keep track of the kind of tires you leave the country with.

I will tell you, in my opinion the worst truck tire in the world is
Goodyear Wranglers. When I bought my Jeep new, it had them on.
Couldn't wait until they got old so I could get them off. You could
balance and rotate them damned things every week and they'd still ride
rough. Bought my new truck, guess what tires it has on it? Yep, and
the same thing. Everyone I've talked to that has owned them said
they'd never buy them again.

I'll probably dig into the piggybank for a grand and put new snow tires &
plain steel wheels on all four corners.

I should add...for the November-March time period.
Hopefully, tires should last 4-5 years.

Sounds like a plan. You might consider these:

I had Forteras on my pickup. Loved them. And, they shouldn't set you
back a grand. Well, maybe 'cause you're in Canada. Couldn't you drive
into God's country and get them? Surely the Canadian customs don't
keep track of the kind of tires you leave the country with.

I'd never have a set of Wranglers. Look at the warranty for Wranglers.
When I bought my Forteras for the truck, Goodyear didn't give a
warranty for the Wranglers. That should tell folks something right
there.

I think Wranglers must seem like a macho man's tire to some.
