If I've checked the voltage at the box, plug everything in, and turn on the AC, how can I then determine whether or not a given outlet is coming through an inverter or not? There is a 120v socket mounted in the sink cabinet. We plug the coffee pot in it. I guess I could measure the voltage, if any, when I'm not connected to shore power. Would that work? You should have a circuit breaker for the inverter. Turn it off temporarily. With shore power connected to the trailer, measure the 120 volt outlet. If there is power, it is not running off the inverter. Eisboch Got it.
