We have a local Portuguese bakery up here and I am hooked on the sweet
bread. Have to be careful though. Tastes good, but adds to the

Relatives of sea-going Portuguese? We had a significant number of
Portuguese families in New Haven when I lived there, but most seemed to
come for the manufacturing jobs the area had at that time. Ever listen
to the Portuguese language? It's really pretty.
