We eat mostly Polish rye, and have local Polish bakeries. Sometimes
French, more rarely Italian.
Never saw Polish rye in Florida. Mass-market Jewish rye, but not the
fresh Polish rye we take for granted here.
Plenty of Polaks down there in Florida, so like with the migrant pizza
makers you'd think they'd get it going.
Maybe it's the water, as your friend and others have said.
I do notice I don't care too much for the coffee when I'm down there.
Sure as hell won't keep me from moving there though.
Just a little worried about that Froggie guy rain dancing a hurricane
down on me. I'm a Yankee.
